Our seating chart banners are a wonderful large format seating chart solution, especially for destination weddings, since they pack small and are super portable! Just iron at the venue or leave some wrinkles for the organic look.

Digitally printed in the US using eco-friendly ink. Cut by hand, each seating chart will vary slightly and come with raw, unhemmed edges. Dowel and twine are not included. Backdrop stand is not included. You will receive just a banner with your purchase. If you would like a pocket for your dowel, please indicate at checkout.

Material: Medium weight linen/cotton blend (55% linen, 45% cotton)

Dimensions: Width can be 22-48", and length will be determined during proofing process based on guest count.

Design consists of:

1. Custom header in wording of your choice

2. Table numbers/letter headings depending on whether you're organizing your chart by table or alphabetically

3. Guest names

Please note that pricing only covers first and last names of each guest. If you want to add middle names and/or titles (e.g. Mrs., Dr.), then please double your guest count when submitting your order.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Within 3-5 business days, you will receive ONE complimentary digital proof of your banner to approve. If needed, one round of minor revisions is also complimentary. Any additional proofs will cost $25 each.

2. Once approved, your banner will go into production. Printed banners are printed in the US using eco-friendly, water-based ink on a medium weight linen/cotton blend. Hand-painted banners are lettered using fabric ink on lightweight 100% cotton muslin.

3. Turnaround: Every banner is made to order. Printed banners will take 10-14 business days to ship after final approval of your proofs. If you need your banner sooner, please add the rush fee listing to your cart and inquire at hello@ettiekim.com to expedite your shipping (standard shipping is UPS ground).
